Frequently asked questions

How does an online session work?

Your booking confirmation contains a personal Google Meet link. All you need is a stable internet connection, camera and microphone, and a quiet place. All times are Vienna time (CET/CEST).

Where does the session in Vienna take place?

At Wiener Couch, Eßlinggasse 18/1b, 1010 Vienna. A few minutes’ walk from Schottenring and Schwedenplatz.

How can I pay?

Online sessions: you pay when you book. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; you can pay by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Sessions at the practice: your choice. Either pay online when you book (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or conveniently at the practice, cash or card, right after the session.

All prices include 20 % VAT.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment, just email [email protected]. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full fee is charged. About two days before the appointment you receive a short reminder by email.

What happens after I book?

You receive a confirmation by email right away. For sessions at the practice, a separate email from Wiener Couch, my group practice, follows asking for your consent to data processing (please also check your spam folder). For online sessions, your Google Meet link is in the confirmation.
